Our Owner and Founder, Noa Baril, is a young south Korean man, deeply, maybe a bit too much in love with everything and anything about coffee. He prides his services and classes first and foremost on the accuracy of the facts being discussed, the quality of the service provided and last but not least,

the ethical responsibility of giving you a better cup of coffee in your morning for a better day in your life.
